He has led several research projects for the foundation in different parts of the world, such as; Tanzania and Uganda Africa, in search of a cure for cancer, AIDS and other terminal diseases. Dr Morales is also on the teaching faculty at the Instituto Odontologico de Matamoros, Mexico where he heads the Biological Dentistry Department of Research and Clinical Practice. His most recent project is in Stem Cell Therapy and Progenitor Cells.
He is Vice-President of the Medicinia Hiperbarica de Mexico, a Medical Board for specialists in Hyperbaric Medicine and active Associate Professor at Mexican Governmental training facilities throughout Mexico.
Dr. Jonathan Martinez:
Dr. Jonathan Martinez has worked with ultraviolet blood irradiation in the context of chronic infectious disease since 1994. He completed his medical education at Midwestern University College of Oseopathic Medicine in 1999, and did post-graduate work in Public Health & Preventive Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is a licensed physician in Illinois and Wisconsin and maintains a private practice dedicated to working with patients with chronic disease.
The history of “light therapy” is as old as the history of medicine itself, since the days Hipocrates first prescribed “heliotherapy”. Modern advances in medical science and technology have refined this prescription by analyzing one full spectrum of light itself, and studying the different healing properties of specific frequencies of that spectrum.
In the early 1930’s, a German surgeon demonstrated the curative effects of ultraviolet (UV) light on acute pyogenic infections. This revolutionary approach worked by actually exposing a portion of the patient’s own blood to UV light, and re-introducing it into circulation. From this humble beginning, the procedure has been continuously refined and utilized on over 50,000 patients.
The science behind the healing properties of the technique was collected in 1966, in the volume entitled CLINICAL APPLICATION OF ULTRAVIOLET BLOOD IRRADIATION or UVBI. This volume also documented the numerous physiological benefits of UVBI, including:
1. The bacterial effects
2. The viricidal effects
3. The fungicidal effects
4. The vasodilatary effects
5. The inactivation of organic poisons
6. The inactivation of bacterial toxins
7. The oxygenating effects on blood
One of the few drawbacks of the technique was the requirement of a clinical setting and clinical staffing for the administration and monitoring of the treatment. Now, Harris Medical Resources has developed an innovative application of this technique that can overcome these difficulties, and increase patient compliance.
This new technique (patent pending) can potentially be self-administered, even in a home setting. This breakthrough has the potential of making UV therapy widely accessible for the first time. By indirectly stimulating the effects of UVBI, this new technique eliminates almost all of the potential drawbacks of intravenous therapy. By taking advantage of the highly vascularized nature of the mucosal membranes of the oropharynx (especially sublingual), a concentrated UV light source can deliver a therapeutic dose via a mouthpiece apparatus.
Blood work, clinical assessment and SF-36 instruments have objectively measured the efficiency of this approach. To date, there have been no reports or indication of the possibility of overdose. The reality of a true radiant-energy approach to medicine has arrived. The potential is limitless.
OUR SUPPORT STAFF:
Collins Oduor Lenya:

Born 32 years ago, Collins is a board member of Rongo Community Project. Collins also works as a Programmes Officer for TAPWAK (The Association of People with AIDS in Kenya- an HIV/AIDS NGO in Nairobi Kenya). Collins is also conducting research on alternative methods of curing "incurable" diseases using UVI and other alternative methods of treatment.
Zuhura Hassa Backhet:

A teacher by profession and currently the deputy head-teacher of Kamondi Primary School in Rongo. She previously taught at Koderobara Primary School, also in Rongo, Kenya. She is the chairlady and founder of Rongo Community Project, a community-based organization (CBO) involved in community development and anti-HIV/AIDS interventions. Zuhura is also HIV positive.
In conjunction with Mr. Collins Lenya and Harris Medical Resources, Zuhura has overseen and continues to oversee treatment of over 40 HIV+ patients as well as those with other diseases using Harris Medical's Ultra Violet Blood Irradiation machine.
