Dr. Jonathan Martinez:

Dr. Jonathan Martinez has worked with ultraviolet blood irradiation in the context of chronic infectious disease since 1994. He completed his medical education at Midwestern University College of Oseopathic Medicine in 1999, and did post-graduate work in Public Health & Preventive Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is a licensed physician in Illinois and Wisconsin and maintains a private practice dedicated to working with patients with chronic disease.

Collins Oduor Lenya:
Born 32 years ago, Collins is a board member of Rongo Community Project. Collins also works as a Programmes Officer for TAPWAK (The Association of People with AIDS in Kenya- an HIV/AIDS NGO in Nairobi Kenya). Collins is also conducting research on alternative methods of treating "incurable" diseases using UV therapy and other alternative methods of treatment.
Zuhura Hassa Backhet:

A teacher by profession and currently the deputy head-teacher of Kamondi Primary School in Rongo. She previously taught at Koderobara Primary School, also in Rongo, Kenya. She is the chairlady and founder of Rongo Community Project, a community-based organization (CBO) involved in community development and anti-HIV/AIDS interventions. Zuhura is also HIV positive. In conjunction with Mr. Collins Lenya, Zuhura oversees research on the use of uv therapy.
