The Machine 

Photoluminescence treatments were once a complicated matter; some blood is removed from the patient and travels through a small glass chamber, called a cuvette, where it is subjected twice to ultraviolet light and returned to the bloodstream. Generally, 1.5cc of blood per pound of body weight is withdrawn up to a maximum of 250cc. 

This treatment is expensive.  What's worse is that despite the health benefits of photoluminescence, insurance companies rarely cover this "natural" therapy.

Many doctors that practice this treatment are bound to using UV-C, which is a particular spectrum of ultraviolet light.  There are different spectrums such as A, B, and C, and each one has its own unique set of traits (for instance, B is the kind of light that penetrates deeply, causing millions of people to buy expensive sunglasses and slather on sunblock, but UV-B also effectively treats psoriasis).

This treatment breaks the boundaries of UV-C and incorporates UV-A, and this combination is extremely effective and the reason we can deactivate AIDS and battle other deadly diseases.  Even better, this machine is "softer" than traditional treatment because it is sublingual; the removal of blood isn’t necessary.
